I thought John was the best speaker!!!! I always get more from speakers who are in the salon business or started from the bottom and grew their business to be a success. I thought he was very motivating to us and and more so our managers. Going above and beyond is what I like for all our managers to hear. We motivate them but they are the ones who motivate our stylists daily to make all of this work and I thought he did a great job getting that message across.
